The missing twin (teratoma) 2

Description

On March 7th this was removed from my stomach. It was an ovarian teratoma that was found on accident and then removed in the days following its discovery.
So I had been getting sick a lot and had to keep going back to the doctor, and one of the last times I went the doctor said I possibly had mono. The doctor had me lay down and saw my stomach was swollen and hard (it had been like this for a long while and I thought it was normal), which was surprising since I looked pretty thin and only weighed 140pounds and I didnt look like anything was in there. But after they discovered this I was sent for an ultrasound to see if my spleen was enlarged, which is a side effect of mono. The ultrasound showed I had fluid in my stomach and two day later I had to go for an MRI so they could discover the source of the fluid. They said they would call with the results in three days, but the next day after I came home from school my mother came home early and told me I was having sugery the next day on the 7th. To everyones surprise I didn't freak out or even worry, I was too busy making jokes about eating my twin  I could not resist.
But this picture is what they removed from my stomach,  it weighed 25lbs and after the sugery I was super thin and only had one ovary (not that I minded, shorter periods yay!!). Yes it was taken during the sugery, because I asked the sugeon if he coukd take a picture since they wouldnt let me see it in person, or keep it (I asked).
This is the 2nd picture I have of it,  it offers a different angle.
